What many now know as Golden Milk, or perhaps Turmeric Latte, began life as Haldi Doodh: a turmeric and black pepper masala added to hot milk, meant to cure what ails you. Diaspora Co. takes that mandate seriously, sourcing from 40 small regenerative family farms across India and Sri Lanka, the spices having been chosen for their flavor, freshness, and potency. This masala is vibrant and well-rounded with a base of high-curcumin Lakadong turmeric (9.2%!) and Aranya black pepper for maximum absorption. Makhir ginger, Baraka cardamom, and Peni Miris cinnamon are layered in for added warmth and deliciousness.
