 SHIPPING UPDATES 

Canadian Customers
As of January 7th, 2025 Canada Post has resumed regular domestic shipping operations.

International Customers
While the Canada Post strike has ended, packages travelling internationally may experience minor delays. For more information, read Canada Post's most recent press releases here.

SHIPPING:

  • Customers can choose either Canada Post, UPS or Trexity local delivery as their shipping option.
  • Customers are responsible for making sure the details of their order, shipping options (speed, tracking, delivery guarantees), and delivery addresses are correct. 
  • Shipping options are offered in real-time via Shopify's integrated API with Canada Post. Costs, shipping times, etc., are controlled by Canada Post.
  • Tracking and time guarantees are the responsibility of the customer & the shipping option of their choice. Once checkout is complete, there is no turning back!
  • Transit times begin when your parcel enters the mail stream, usually within 2-3 days of placing your order.
  • Once your order has been processed by the shipping carrier, Good Egg relinquishes all liability and/or responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Should your order arrive damaged or be lost/misdelivered, please contact the shipping provider. 
  • Good Egg is a locally owned, bricks & mortar shop that runs on little more than strong coffee, elbow grease and cute stickers. Keeping that in mind, orders received will be processed within 2-3 days.

IN-STORE/CURBSIDE PICK-UP at 156 Augusta Avenue:

  • During check-out, please select in-store pick-up as your shipping option.
  • You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pickup.
  • Generally, orders are ready for pick-up within three hours. 
  • Check your spam/junk folder should a notification not be received. It's not our favourite place to be, but we understand how we ended up there. 

What you need to get your goods:

  • Your order confirmation email.
  • You may be asked for a valid government photo ID that matches the name on the billing information. We may not. We like to keep you on your toes.

It might be a good idea to give us a call at 416.596.1171 before you make your way down to us if you haven't received an email from us to make sure that your order is ready to go.
