Please contact us at hello@goodegg.ca to initiate a return or an exchange. 

• We offer exchanges or in-store credit. Sorry, no refunds.
• Exchanges can be made in person (or by mail for shipped orders within seven days of receipt).
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. 
• All items must be unused and in their original packaging and be in pristine condition.
• Shipping costs to and fro are also non-refundable.
