Submerged beneath a layer of organic extra virgin olive oil, this tender and flavourful tuna belly will delight your taste buds with its buttery texture and subtle, yet distinct taste. Known as “Anchoas de Costera del Cantábrico” in Spain, these MSC-certified anchovies are handpicked at their peak, ensuring a taste that captures the essence of their pristine marine habitat. Note, while traditional tinned seafood can last several years, anchovies typically carry a best-by date of about 12 months from production. We recommend storing them cold.
