Dobre Dobre Author Event

Laurel Kratochvila, owner/baker of Berlin's iconic Fine Bagels bakery will be in the shop to discuss her newest book, Dobre Dobre. This stunning and dense volume explores Polish baking: bialys, danishes, breads and tender cookies, in 120 recipes. Laurel will be in conversation with local author Naomi Duguid. 

Treats from the book will be available to taste. We encourage arriving early for this event, as seats are limited.
