We’re chuffed to welcome Edd Kimber @theboywhobakes on his very first appearance in Canada, right here at Good Egg! Edd is the first ever winner of The Great British Bake-Off, and the author of seven excellent baking books, including One Tin Bakes, Small Batch Bakes and others.

Currently on tour with his latest book, Chocolate Baking (Quadrille), Edd will be stopping by for a Q&A with Jason Hudson (Cookie Cake Pudding Pie, 2027).
