Everyone starts somewhere.

With decades of baking wisdom under Breadtopia's belt, they've created their very own sourdough starter kit. It has nothing more or less than what you need to keep, maintain or begin your sourdough journey.

For starters, (clever, right?), they included:

• A 700ml straight-walled glass jar with a thoughtfully designed lid that keeps contaminants out but lets air in
• A rubber o-ring to mark your starter’s pre-expansion level after feeds
• A silicone spatula to mix starter and clean the jar sides
• A pack of Breadtopia's hearty strain of Dry Sourdough Starter with instructions on how to prepare it for baking
