MATCHA YUME
40g | A Ceremonial Grade organic matcha from Kirishima in Kagoshima Prefecture on Japan's southernmost main island, Kyushu. The fine powder gives off notes of chocolate milk and the prepared tea can very easily be brought to a creamy mousse. The taste begins with vegetable notes (endive) and ends with subtle tropical fruit flavours typical of the Yabukita cultivar.

HOJICHA LATTE
40g | Hojicha is not matcha but a Japanese green tea that has been roasted. The heat transforms the typical vegetal flavours of green tea into something darker, bringing rich woodsy notes and aromas of toasted nuts. While traditionally enjoyed as an infused tea, it is the latte version that is capturing hearts and minds of late. This pure, powdered Hojicha is the way to go for that, and the preparation for it is similar to that of Matcha latte.
