The EM77 vacuum jug with its unique rocker stopper was created by the Danish designer Erik Magnussen and has been in non-stop production in Denmark since 1977.
For superficial reasons alone, one would understand why.
Today it is a design icon around the world. The jug holds 1L and can be used for coffee and tea - hot or cold. What's more, the rocker stopper has a screw cap making the EM77 easy to tote along for picnics and the like. Beauty over function? Not here.
