Most recipes that call for tofu begin by instructing you to press it to remove excess water. What they don't stipulate, usually, is how cute your press should be. For those who feel the cuteness level should be high... we present this turtle shaped tofu press, of course!
Insert the tofu in the strainer, add the lid, then wrap the silicone band around. Within 20 minutes, your tofu will be pressed and ready to absorb all the delicious flavours in your dish!
