Dutch Baby is Great Jones's smaller, rounder, 3.5-quart cast-iron Dutch oven - customized it for smaller batches and kitchens — perfect if you frequently cook for one or two people. But! If you happen to have a larger kitchen or cook for more than two, the Dutch baby nests neatly inside The Dutchess.
