Fresh, a little offbeat and infinitely moreish: the recipes in the Bon Appetit star’s debut cookbook are not unlike the man himself. Leone’s recipes celebrate wild, foraged, seasonal ingredients and feature his signature, Seussian knack for making up words (you’ll get used to measuring things in “plugs”). All of which is to say: this one’s a lot of fun.
