The idea is to collectively read and cook from one book, discuss, then dive into a fresh title next season. Along the way, we’ll get to know the book, each other’s tips and tricks, and also float some future titles for consideration.
To kick things off, we’ve picked a book that we think you'll love:

From there, we encourage you to dive in and cook! If you’re inclined to do so, please keep notes for a follow-up meeting towards the end of summer. This will be a hybrid in-person and online meeting.
There is no charge for club membership or meetings. Instead, we are collecting donations to stock community fridges in the Toronto and Hamilton areas.
